Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At Glo Younger, we understand that life happens—whether it’s unexpected sickness, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances. We are compassionate towards these situations, but to ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients, we have policies in place that we kindly ask you to observe.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. For clients on a pre-paid treatment plan, the entire treatment session may be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, it will be treated the same as a late cancellation. Your deposit or treatment session will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to proceed with the treatment due to timing constraints. In such cases, your deposit or pre-paid treatment will be forfeited.
We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to better accommodate all of our clients, ensuring that everyone receives the personalised care they deserve.
Skin Journey Terms & Conditions
Fixed Timeframe
Each Skin Journey is a structured plan to be completed within a set timeframe. This supports best results and ensures your treatment cadence stays on track
Missed Treatments
Treatments not completed within the agreed timeframe may incur a surcharge to reflect the current full-price (RRP) of the treatment.
Pre-Payment Requirement
Treatments will only be performed after the scheduled payment has been successfully processed. For example, if your first treatment is valued at $299, this must be paid prior to your appointment via your chosen payment plan.
Pause Policy
You may pause your Skin Journey for up to 3 months. If prices increase during the pause, future payments will reflect the updated pricing once you resume.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that treatment in your plan.
Non-Transferable
Your Skin Journey is tailored just for you and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
