As the founder of Glo Younger, my ethos is simple – everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful, regardless of our age or skin type.

After experiencing the stress and anxiety of having basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and cyst removal surgery on my face, I stumbled upon Microcurrent Facial Rejuvenation. Not only did this effective treatment give me hope, it gave me instant results.

The feeling of worthlessness washing over me as I removed the plasters off my surgical wound, is a feeling I never, ever want another woman to feel.

It’s heartbreaking to know so many women feel this way every day. Years of conditioning from the media, people in our lives and our inner mean girl have all led us to believe that without perfect faces, we’re not worthy.

But I’m calling BS.

That moment - standing in front of the mirror, plasters off, feeling anything but worthy - became the reason Glo Younger exists.

I'm Renae Carroll, skin therapist, skincare founder and the woman behind Perth's premier corneotherapy-focused skin clinic. Over five years I've built a practice grounded in science, fuelled by education and driven by results that don't require a injections or a scalpel.

I've always believed that if you're not growing and evolving, you may as well be dying. It's a philosophy that shapes how I run my clinic, how I train and how I formulate. My qualifications span microcurrent, skin needling, plasma fibroblast, jet plasma, epiblading, sonophoresis, electroporation, rosacea management, SQT Bio-Microneedling and The Fix Method Facial Massage. I train regularly through Skin Education International, TADLI, ABIC and Aesthetic Business Masters - because standing still has never been an option.

I'm also the founder of Glo Younger Skincare - Australian made, plant-based, cruelty-free and formulated with one purpose: a skin barrier that thrives.
