PHGG is obtained by the controlled partial enzymatic hydrolysis of guar gum. PHGG is a unique soluble fibre, a type of nondigestible complex carbohydrate (prebiotic fibre) that holds water as it forms a gel in the digestive tract. Take 4 round teaspoons (6g) in a glass of water. Can be added to smoothies, juices or food. Maintain adequate hydration.
