If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received your order. This includes products that have been opened and used — I absolutely expect you to give them a proper go before deciding they are not for you.
Please email admin@gloyounger.com.au within this timeframe so I can make things right. (The product not performing miracles overnight will not be viewed as a legitimate reason for a refund. Skin takes time, Gorgeous One. Trust the process.)
I recommend returning the product via registered post and pre-paying all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage during transit, so I strongly recommend insuring your parcel. Glo Younger will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage in transit if you choose not to insure.
One final note: if you are returning an item that was part of a discounted bundle, the refund will reflect the discounted price of that individual item rather than its full standalone price.

When can I expect my refund to be processed?
Once your return has arrived back with me, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. I will keep you updated every step of the way.
